Question: Do you write the chapter name on every page. while writing a chapter book.

Answer: No. The header on each manuscript page should include the page number in the upper right-hand corner. To the left of that should be the author's surname followed by a "/" and then the title of the book (or a shortened version of it).

The surname and title are there to help the editor and publishing staff keep one manuscript separate from another. The page number indicates what order the pages go in. Chapter titles on each page would only create the potential for confusion.

It's a principle of manuscript format to include only what's needed and eliminate anything unnecessary or redundant, thus making the author's intent as clear as possible.
